By creating a Cricpick account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use Cricpick services. Cricpick reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or in-app notification. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
You must be 18 years or older to use Cricpick real-money services. Users from states where real-money gaming is prohibited (Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland) cannot participate in real-money contests but may access free content. Cricpick verifies user age and state during registration.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Cricpick is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access to your account - please use a strong password and enable biometric lock.
KYC verification (PAN + Aadhaar) is required for withdrawals above Rs 10,000. Cricpick uses government-verified APIs to verify identity. False or fraudulent KYC documents will result in account suspension and potential legal action. Cricpick cooperates with law enforcement to prosecute KYC fraud.

Withdrawals: minimum Rs 100, maximum Rs 2,00,000 per day. Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes via UPI or 1-2 hours via bank transfer. Cricpick does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals require KYC verification and may require source-of-funds documentation for large amounts.
Contests: Cricpick offers skill-based fantasy sports contests. Entry fees, prize pools, and rules vary by contest. All contests are governed by official scoring rules published on the contest page. Disputes are resolved based on official data sources.

Cricpick is committed to fair play. We invest heavily in anti-fraud technology and policies to ensure every contest is fair for all players. This section explains our fair play commitments and the measures we take to enforce them.
Fair play commitment: every Cricpick contest is a skill-based game. Winners are determined by player performance, not by chance, fraud, or manipulation. We do not allow: multi-accounting, collusion, automated scripts, or any other behavior that gives unfair advantage. Violators are permanently banned, and winnings are forfeited.

If you exploit a bug for personal gain, we will: void your winnings, suspend your account, and report to authorities if criminal.
Account suspension appeals: if you believe yCricPick's account was suspended in error, you can appeal within 30 days. Send appeal to appeals@{BRAND.lower()}.com with: your mobile number, account email, detailed explanation, and any supporting evidence. Appeals are reviewed by the compliance team within 7 business days. If the suspension is upheld, the decision is final.
